Database errors - maps to 500 Internal Server Error

AudienceConflict

A re-registration of an existing process_id under a different audience than the one it was originally stamped with. Maps to 403 Forbidden – the one invariant that makes ownership_rewrite.rs’s MAX(audience) per-process resolution sound rather than merely assumed.
